Not to be missed
Les Rando’durables (sustainable hiking), organised by the Paris-Saclay Conurbation Authority, is an event that offers nature-lovers the chance to discover or rediscover the region of Paris-Saclay and its towns and villages.
For a whole weekend, you can join one of the fifty or so hikes and discovery excursions which start from Viltain farm or one of 18 towns and villages of the conurbation!
There’s much more to look forward to as well, with something for adults and children of every age group!
For example, you can learn to recognise plants and animals, go birdwatching or explore the diversity of water wildlife. But you’ll also get a chance to try some of the local produce and meet the farmers.
Last but not least, about twenty free activities are on offer at Viltain farm where a team of nature lovers will be your guides. No doubt about it, you’ll find an activity that’s perfect for you, like building an insect hotel, making your own natural toothpaste, or learning to grow plants from cuttings.
In other words, this is THE unmissable event of the spring!
