Hiking and cycling trails

The Paris-Saclay urban area is paradise for walkers! It is so close to Paris, yet there are countless footpaths and cycle paths to explore the area. Either alone or with a group, download the GPX trails for your chosen route and then set off on an exploration of the destination. From the valley to the plateau, there are routes adapted to everyone: from experienced walkers to families looking for something easy-going. Follow the long-distance routes that cross through Paris-Saclay: the Routes of Santiago de Compostela, the Charles Péguy trail and the Véloscénie cycle route. Head for the heights and admire the view from Fauvettes Viaduct. Listen to the lapping waters along the river Yvette or relax on the banks of the Bièvre and the Orge. At the entrance to the Vallée de Chevreuse, fans of trail-running and Nordic walking will also be delighted!
